How to get there?- By Taxi from International Airport Bayan Lepas - rate = RM38.00.
It takes about ? hour to reach the hotel if there is no traffic jam- By other media of transport - not really sureSampai di Hotel, kami dipaksa menunggu selama 1/2 jam untuk mendapatkan kunci bilik masing-masing kerana terdapat sedikit salah faham di antara pihak hotel dan urus setia.
Bagaimanapun masalah tersebut boleh diatasi sekiranya pihak hotel berkerjasama untuk memberikan kunci bilik terlebih dahulu bagi peserta yang mendaftar sebelum masa yang sepatutnya.
Keadaan bilik -OK dan besar jika dibandingkan dengan hotel-hotel yang pernah diduduki di Penang. Pemandangan bilik mengadap laut memang menyenangkan. I give credits for the room facilities!Bilik Air - besar. Bathtub dan tempat mandi diasingkan. Tandas, selesa.
Hospitality - so far so good, the respons for requesting sejadah and iron is reasonably quick, about 15 minutes
The Food - so far so good. It was different from the last time I stayed in the hotel. This time we are served at The Revolving Restaurant on the top of the hotel and it’s a moving restaurant.Breakfast at Kopitiam- the food was a typical food as what other hotels provide.- Orange juice, tea & coffee, breakfast cereal, fruits, salad, nasi lemak / mee gorang, toast bread- One thing for sure, the sambal tumis is quite delicious though it was spicy
Bagaimanapun kebersihan pinggan, gelas dan cawan memang tidak memuaskan. Kadang-kadang anda akan terjumpa bekas lipstick masih terlekat di cawan minuman dan sebagainya.Facilities - the gym was quite OK than other hotel. Treadmill, cycling, stepping machine, and others are still in the good condition.
Overall - recommended for those who want to stay near the town area, though there are some of the things I’m not satisfied. If you opt to not to eat in the hotel, there are many restaurant outside the hotel for you to try it out especially Sup Hameed Restaurant. The restaurant is just 5 minutes from the hotel. The nasi kandar and any sup provided was superb and delicious, even our previous prime minister was having a great food there. Try it out!
