Ouch!

Salaam...

the burden in my head still remains though the courseended yesterday...walking into the office, i feel a little bit awkward...ouch! everything seems to be so very quiet, the neighbour next cubicle was concentrating to their job routine...

me...trying to stay awake and alive, searching for the momentum to pop up and to focus till the end of the day...

the moment i open my email...so many emails, job tasks, paperwork, briefing to attend within this week and early next week...and not to forget the morning briefing, du'a and public speaking by 2 other colleagues...and then the announcement by mr.director

definitely for sure that there will be extra work has to be done and to finish this weekend...

Public Speaking...

but...it's only a public speaking in front of my colleagues this morning, but i felt like i'm in the middle of the crowd...nonsense je :))

Well...this morning i'm sharing a Travelling Tips with my colleagues. The travelling tips for those who feel that when travelling they need to spend so much money that they cannot afford to do it but they are dreaming of travelling abroad or even in their own country. For those who are dying to have a vacation, either in the country or abroad, you can actually. With a proper planning u can have a dream vacation of your own!

Travelling doesn't need you to spend more than what u have.

1. Plan your travel - choose the off-peak time to get a better and cheaper rates and packages;
2. Eyeing on the promotional fare for the air-ticket, package deals and hotels;
3. Try Budget Hotels rather than staying the the hotels or star hotels. After all, it is only the place where you clean-up yourself, and take a rest;
4. Subscribe for the Newsletter or Mailing List from the travelling or airfare website such as Airasia, TravelAsia and others;
5. Bring your digital camera. If you cannot afford to shop, you can have a window shopping, capture a memorable places and interesting place that u visit;
6. If you plan to shop during your vacation, list down all the things you want to shop to minimize unnecessary buying thing during the vacation. This is to avoid overspending while enjoying your vacation...

I hope, this tips will benefit u the most and u can still save while enjoying your dream vacation!

Dealing with Pain...

Pain is temporary...it may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year...but there are people who keep the pain inside their heart for a very long time and even forever...Enjoy the quote by Lance Amstrong....

Pain...
it's something hard to see
u can only see the physical injuries...but not the heart injuries
sometimes u see someone's laughing or smiling but deep inside their heart...there is a hole inside, there is an empty place inside the heart that hurts...

how we can deal with pain?....
in our journey of life, not one of us didn't encounter period of pains
we all have the experience of hurting someone we know or love and been hurt by someone we respect or love or known for so long...
the pain might be a physical pain or emotional pain...
how we deal with the pain is our choice to choose
we can choose to keep it inside deep in our heart or...
we can take it as the most valuable experience in life, or...
we can choose to fight, recover and bounce back...
it's our choice
and...
it's very unfortunate when we blame others for the pain in our heart...
we blame others for hurting our heart, and
we blame others for making us sad and miserable...

learn to accept the circumstances and fight it back...
and...try hard to forgive and forget!

Travellingbie : A Short Course to Terengganu and a Visit to a Beautiful Redang Island

Last week...it has been a very hectic week with 3 days course at Terengganu and a short weekend back to hometown - a very tight course and a half day visit to Redang Island. The course was very tiring...the journey from Putrajaya to Setiu added up with a lost track journey ended up with more than 10 hour journey...plus the night session started at 830pm and ended up at 11pm, made us all exhausted!





The last day session - we have a visit and tour to Redang Island. Though everyone seems tired, we're very excited for the half-day tour to the Redang Island (around the island) and snorkelling activity and feed the fish...yup! We were all excited...some of us, have bought new t-shirts at Pasar Besar Payang the day before. I've met my senior there for nearly half an hour...then i went back to the hotel with others.
